Smrits Software Service provides custom AI application development, software engineering, SaaS architecture, web development, and business process automation. Detailed project scope, timeline deliverables, and financial milestones are defined in individual Statement of Work (SOW) contracts executed with clients.
Upon final project payment settlement, all custom software codebases, proprietary application logic, database schemas, and tailored assets built specifically for the client belong entirely to the client unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing. Company retains rights to pre-existing open-source libraries and reusable developer framework utilities.
You agree not to use our software services for illegal activities, unauthorized security scanning, reverse engineering proprietary platforms, or transmitting malicious code.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smrits Software Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software applications or third-party cloud API services.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
